Your first pitch

What happens in the twelve minutes between a topic and a broadcast-ready exposé.

The Pitch Doctor turns a documentary idea into an exposé your commissioning editor actually wants to read. Here's the shape of a first session:

  1. Topic. One sentence. A specific angle beats a broad subject. "A glaciologist who has measured the same ice field for thirty years" beats "Climate change in the Alps."
  2. Mode. Free (no broadcaster target, open output) or Format-Bound (matched to a specific broadcaster's editorial expectations). For your first pitch, try Format-Bound with ARTE or ZDF.
  3. Broadcaster. Only appears in Format-Bound mode. Choose one of ninety-eight profiles. Each carries the real commissioning preferences of that desk.
  4. Angle + details. Optional. Producer context (existing access, visual approach, last-minute notes) sharpens the output.
  5. Review + generate. The eight-agent pipeline runs. Twelve minutes on average. You can leave the page; we email you when it's done.
